Ames M-1841 Navy Cutlass W/S Marked N.P. Ames Cabotville Mass USN 1842 overall 26 1/2″ in good condition. Blade has some scuffs and scratches and fits scabbard well. The quillion of the guard has been either removed or broken off during the period as with many. The frog stud is missing and a frog has been period tacked to the scabbard.
