US M-1861 Whitney Plymouth Navy Rifle

Plymouth Rifle sn #11xx overall 50″. Rifle remains in very fine condition. All markings are present. Bore and actions are excellent. Metal is excellent and lock is dated 1862. Barrel and stock only have  W inspections, which is correct on this early examples. Stock is very fine with some dings and handling marks. Stock on left side under lock screw has a screw head size impression. Overall a real nice example and much better then most found on todays market.
