M-1841 Harpers Ferry Mississippi Rifle, overall 48 1/4″ in very fine condition. All markings are present. The 54 Caliber Bore and actions are fine. Lock is clearly marked HARPERS FERRY 1854. Barrel has Harpers Ferry proofs WW over P and dated 1853. Barrel still retains around 70% brown. Stock is fine + with some dings and handling marks. The sight is in its originale unaltered configeration being marked on left side 200, 3, 4. Stock is nicely stamped OHIO opposite lock. The inside of patchbox is inspected J.L.R. Overall a very nice Harpers Ferry.
