Ames Mfg Mississippi Rifle Sword Bayonet W/S

Ames marked Sword Bayonet W/S #2x, overall 26″. Blade is very fine with some minor edge nicks. The correct original scabbard is fine and fits blade perfect. Scabbard seam is half open and can easily be glued if wanted. Drag has some dents. These bayonets were mounted to the rifles by using a detachable locking lug. It is thought that less then 50 of these rare bayonets were manufactured.
