Civil War Navy Sword ID’d to F.G. Adams U.S.N May 22, 1865. Blade is minty with nearly all the polish and frosting. The shark skin grip is excellent. The leather scabbard is very fine + and fits blade well. Leather has a thin coat of lacquer or wax on front side. A beautiful sword that needs to be researched.
