Ames 1862 Dated Short Artillery Sword W/S

Sword remains in excellent condition. This is a super example of this rare last year of production sword. Only around 400 of these were manufactued by Ames in 1862. Blade retains most of its original bright polish with some minor blemishes on the edges. The original brass mounted leather scabbard is near excellent. No need to find a better example.
