Original US Civil War Spencer Rifle sn 6183, 72nd Indiana Vol. Infantry as per Springfield Research. Converted to Stabler Cutoff. Very fine condition, barrel finish has most all blue, case hardened frame and lock with light coloring 80-85%. Wood excellent with normal few handling markks. Original butt stock sling was removed and wood filled. Overall 47″.
