Starr Navy Revolver sn #17xx overall 13″ in fine condition. All markings are present. Actions are fine. Metal retains around 20-25% blue and has sub-inspections throughout. The one piece wood grip is fine + with a very nice JT inspectors cartouche and a small period chip. When encountered these are usually in poor to average shape. This example is far nicer for a Martial Starr Navy.
