US Springfield 50/70 Rifle overall 55 1/2″ in fine as found, uncleaned condition. All markings are present. Actions and bore are fine. The 1864 dated lock still retains some case colors. Breechblock has a good amount of original finishand is dated 1866. Stock is very fine with a nice inspectors cartouche. The rod channel has a few areas of wear. A nice untouch example of the 3 band rifle.
