Whitney Mississippi Rifle Adapted For Long Range

Rifle remains in fine + condition. Only 600 of these very scarce rifles were manufactured in 1855. All markings are present.  Both Lock and barrel are dated 1855. Barrel has ADK inspection and Stock R.H.K.W. Bore and actions are excellent.  Barrel shows around 20% scattered brown. One of the nicer condition examples of this scarce rifle we have seen in sometime. Overall 48 1/4″.
