Springfield M-1866 Second Allin 50/70 Rifle

Rifle remains in excellent as found uncleaned condition. All markings are present. Bore and actions are excellent. Breech block retains areound 90% blackened finish and marked 1866 with eagle. Lock is marked US Springfield 1864 and shows some vibrent case colore mixed with mottled colors. The bright barrel is excellent with some light age speckling. Stock is excellent with crisp sharp edges and excellent inspectors cartouche. A great looking example. Overall length 55 1/2″.
