Lindner Mississippi Rifle

Lindner Mississippi Altered by Allen & Morse, Boston, Mass. Only 100 of these rare rifles were altered C.1861. Rifle remains in very fine condition. All markings are present, bore and actions are fine. Lock is marked Robbins & Lawrence Windsor VT and dated 1850. Breech is marked with patent markings and US, J.P.C. over P. Barrel retains a nice brown appearance throughout. Stock is fine + and has some of the typical repairs that have been fixed at the time of alteration. Overall rifle has a real nice appearance and is much nicer then what is normaly seen for these rare Mississippi Rifles.
