Ames 1864 Dated Cavalry Saber W/S

M-1860 Cavalry Saber remains in very good as found condition. Blade is marked Ames Mfg Co. Chicopee MASS, U.S. C.E.W & 1864. The original leather washer is present. The original leather grip is very nice showing light wear. Scabbard shows raised corrosion and can be cleaned if wanted. The scabbard drag shows good period wear. Overall a compleatly untouched and uncleaned Civil War saber.
